Sheikh Saeed bin Mohammad bin Hasher Al Maktoum is a member of Dubai's ruling family and son of the late Sheikh Mohammad bin Hasher, Judge Magistrate of the Dubai Courts.

His business interests cover a wide range of real estate holdings, a chain of private medical institutions, education and trading enterprises.

Mr. Obaid Al Mutaiwie heads a family investment business and has a leading role in the Dubai industrial sector. He is a board member of several local banks and insurance companies, as well as educational institutions. Until recently he served as Managing Director of Al Jadaf, a government-owned industrial conglomerate of more than 200 companies.

Dr. Misho Ravic, the company's CEO, graduated in computer science and studied commercial law. He has 30 years of experience in education, health and business.

He has been involved in establishing and running a number of educational institutions in Dubai, Canada and the UK, most notably The English College, Dubai and management of Gracefield School, Bristol.

Mr Ravic played a key role in setting up the Middlesex University campus in Dubai.
